I’d like to give a huge shout-out to Michael at Ocean Basket K90 Centre! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm energy, professionalism, and amazing hospitality. He consistently checked in on us at the perfect times, offered great recommendations, and ensured everything about our meal was spot-on, and as a bonus had such a delightful personality that actually made it an experience not just a meal.

It’s rare these days to come across someone who not only excels at their job but does so with such an authentic, positive spirit. Michael is an absolute asset to this restaurant — a truly lovely human who turns a good dining experience into an unforgettable one, given it was peak time and the restaurant was so busy he somehow managed to still excel at all of the qualities mentioned above!

Ocean Basket, the meal was moderate at best. the lemon butter sauce could have been served on the side especially when my hake, calamari and prawns were drenched in it. at the end of the meal there was enough to add to another dish. the grilled hake should be shown, it would've looked lovely. could it please be de-boned? it takes away the whole dining experience when a person has to spit out bones after every few bites. everything was well seasoned. i enjoyed the mini ciabata before the main meal. if you can serve the sauce on the side and take extra care with the fish it would improve the whole dining experience. it also gives me a chance to use the garlic, the tartare sauce and chilli. I placed an order for collection online and was at the restaurant to collect it at the time the website said to be there. When I got in I stood at the door for over 6 minutes without being assisted yet everyone could clearly see me standing at the door. Please do note that I am a heavily pregnant woman. The group of people that came in after me were attended to first and as the same waiter was about to attend to a second group of people I had to call out to him and remind him that I was there first which he then replied that he thought I was assisted already which he very well knew I hadn't been assisted.
