Roman's Pizza Jean Crossing — Restaurant in Gauteng

Ice cold pizza picked up when we call to collect last time. When I get in the shop the casier on left busy cashing up or doing some kind of book work whilst I stand righr infront of her and the manager and they purpose full do not even peep upwards as they looked to skared that I/customer would order or request something from them. They where doing verry "important" work by the looks of it, please really?

I just wanted to ask someone to pass me my piza on the shelf but there was a long line of customers and obviously I cant disturb that cashier. But not one other member looked willing to help as not one made eye contact with me. And obviously knew that I came in. The customers all saw me come on guys.

This is poor man and I never complain go check my profile... Never. But this? Haaibo.

Placed an order on 23/10/2020 @19:23 with Jean Crossing through the website. The restaurant phoned me twice to confirm the order. (Probably due to the size of the order – 13 large pizzas) They told me it will take 60 minutes to have my order completed. Arrived at the restaurant @ 20:10. No one could find the order. After 5 minutes of scrambling and someone else coming to check the order was found and I was told it is going into the oven. By 20:30 no pizza yet. Upon follow up “it was still in the oven” Only got the pizza’s after 20:40. A total time of almost 1 and a half hours to get my pizza.

Complained to the manager on WhatsApp and to date no more than the response “Good evening from which store is this? So I can follow up for you. Sorry about this I'll make...

The only issue was when I ordered and paid for extra cheese on my pizza, but when I got it, there was no difference in cheese topping than what I usually get without ordering extra cheese. The manager looked and he told me there was extra cheese on my order. Not sure if a spoon full counts as extra cheese because it couldn't have been more than that, if there even was ang extra on.! Ive baught more than enough pizzas to know when there's extra cheese and when there is not.! That day, THERE CLEARLY WASN'T.! not happy with the managers response but other than that, there's no complaints. I still support them on a weekly basis. Friendly staff, good service over all.
