Roman's Pizza Northmead — Restaurant in Gauteng

Ordered here many times before with no issues, but last night the pizza's gave my family food poisoning, my daughter started vomiting soon after consumption and the adults had upset stomachs for the rest of the evening. Now being a reasonable person I understand that the store might have been supplied meat that went off, and we just wanted to be reasonably compensated. We returned to the store the next day with half the pizza left that we were planning to consume that day, to have the entire order remade with something else or just be refunded, but the owner Fiona just blatantly refused and insisted they just remake whats left. After a hell of a fight we lost all trust with this store and we just wanted our money back, which again was refused. So i don't know - we were sold bad pizza's, even the pieces that went down (and up) our throats. Isn't customer satisfaction paramount? The sale of meat that likely went bad a serious health and safety issue? Would you not go above and beyond to make up for it rather that just being completely dismissive? Best service I have ever received from any Roman's Pizza. 21:00 was closing time, and I did not know that, for I am not situated in this area, I arrived there 21:25, I asked the lady can we place an Order, and she said "Sir, we are already at closing time"

I said "Oh snap, so you guys Can't help me?"

The lady said "No, sir I can't direct you away, what order can I place for you?"

I was shocked to see this lady, overing me a last minute sale!

The food was also good and not made in a rush, burning the food or anything. It was well prepared. 👌👍 And I took the Ice cream and Coke and the Pizza and left the place 21:55 they did not complain about anything, the other staff was sitting around the tables waiting for me, the last order to be completed and collected. 💎 Well done guys Keep up the...

We ordered take away. The lady who took our order was great, very thorough and took the time to confirm the order was correct. We got to the store to collect the order, firstly parking was an absolute nightmare as there is nowhere near enough parking for people who are collecting orders from Roman's, the guy at the counter kept saying that we ordered pizza pies which we didn't, eventually we managed to confirm the correct order, got our food and left. When we started to eat our pizza we noticed that the extra toppings that we added to our pizza and had paid for had not been added on to the pizza.
