Sandwich Baron Bruma — Restaurant in Gauteng

Last week Thursday I ordered the toasted sandwich platter. What was delivered was the breakfast platter, different in cost. When we actually opened the platter the food was all wet. It was wrapped while hot. While dishing up it was noted that the sandwiches barely had filling.

The Platter includes: toasted sandwiches, bacon & egg spring rolls, ham & cheese muffins, chipolatas & fruit kebabs.

Toasted sandwiches (Was mostly tomato and cheese, the ones who had bacon on was only bacon and the smallest of pieces, there were 2 egg sandwiches, the sandwiches were horrible and mostly had filling only in the middle), bacon & egg spring rolls (We received normal spring rolls), ham & cheese muffins (No ham or cheese - just dry muffins), chipolatas (Which was amazing) & fruit kebabs (this was probably the most delicious)

I was so disappointed as I order from SB Bruma on a weekly basis, however I don't think I will again.

Honestly so disgusted with the service from this place!

I ordered 2 sandwiches we waited over an hour for it to be delivered the one came right the other one I specifically told her I don’t eat cheese and wanted just bacon and egg she didn’t get it the first time we went through the order again and she still got it wrong.

I then had to wait another 50 minutes for my new and correct sandwich and she was rude telling me she already told me the driver was on his way also proceeded to lie and told me the driver was the reason the food never came quickly, I told her I didn’t want the food and I wanted a refund she said she would call the driver and of course never did this women is also supposably the manager of this place.

I see so many bad reviews for this place and all that gets said is “we will investigate” I think this is a joke how about actually...

1.I placed an order on line requested change with it but they did not bring the change.I oderded again requested change still no change.Requested extra Avo on my sandwich but when i opened my sandwich there was no Avo and i was charged for the Avo.Then I called the branch and i was asked if i have already eaten the sandwich i said no,Then they said they will send me an avo to put in my sandwich.So my question is now am i making my own sandwich or what? The reason i ordered with the Avo is because i wanted the sandwich to have the avo inside not separate.I am not happy with the service at all.Then they send the avo.What must i do with the Avo?Why do you have extras on you menu if you can not satisfy...
