My son felt like a hot chocolate and I asked the lady serving at the tills if the SEATTLE COFFEE IS CLOSED... She indicated that they are closed. This was just before 8pm on 30 December 2024.

I find this response very suspicious and this shows the level of poor management at a convenient store.

I demand a response from the owner due to this...

Got a super hot, watered down cappuccino this morning. Complained with the barista who didn’t do anything about it. When I asked to replace it she gave me a slip and asked me to go pay again, even though my full, rejected beverage was handed back to her. This is TOTALLY unacceptable from such a...
