Disappointing. Rosebank is way better. 2 times too much.

As I post this review, I am unsatisfied with the food and the fact that I got robbed of my drink which I paid for but never received.

I paid R47,10 for a Basil Seed Pomegranate drink to go along with my noodles - I never got it but I was still charged. I had clear instructions for them to please add sauce to my 553 order, they did not. If anything, I think they held back on putting any sauce at all. This is the second time I have bought from the store thinking my experience will not be like the first one - I paid for my order but never received my order at all. I was wrong.

I will be calling as soon as the store opens for a refund of sort because I refuse to have my money taken then more receive what I ordered nor enjoy my meal because the food is basically tasteless without the sauce for the noodles.

Horrible service from Simply Asia Killarney Mall. I placed an order via Uber Eats, only for the wrong order to be delivered. When I phoned the store to inform them, they only offered to correct the order once they had confirmed they had sent the wrong order by sending a driver to collect the wrong order from my house before they would deliver the correct order. Once the driver returned with the "correct" order we realised that, for a second time, they had sent the wrong order. When I phoned the store again to complain they were extremely unapologetic giving the excuse that "the order they sent us was more expensive than what we actually ordered". After a call from the owner I understand the situation. Appreciate the care and thought he had to take time out to try and resolve the situation. Normally their service is good and have to bump my review up to a 3 star rating. I will update at a later stage again and hopefully it will move up higher!!

Got there and the two front desk staff were arguing with one another in front of customers. Operating hours state 11AM - 9PM. Stood at the front desk waiting for the argument to end and wanted to place an order at 11h30 and was told no, "the kitchen will only open at 12h00, so you will need to wait". So very...
