We made the best decision to check into this hotel on a recent personal visit to Johannesburg. Wow! The staff made the trip memorable and the location is super convenient. Our stay was very pleasant and the staff made us feel like rock stars. There was nothing that we asked for that they did not make every effort to deliver. Room could do with a refresh and shower hot/cold water was a challenge, but I am sure they will fix this post our feedback to them. I will definitely...
