Steers — Restaurant in Gauteng

I got to the store last night just before they closed @20:54 24/07/23, my initial place of choice was Romans pizza a few steps away but when I got there they had already closed. Decided to give Steers a try so I bought a full chicken and a small burger for my young daughter and extra large chips after being told they didn't have chicken breast positions but only quarter leg potions, I then agreed to that. When I got home to have my meal the chicken was very dry (my whole family complained ), burnt and also where the chips also very dry. I have had steers my whole life since as a kid when my dad used to bring us mouth watering sandwich's with bacon egg and cheese also my mom would buy us ribs and this was indeed the very 1st disappointing experience that I have ever had especially after spending 235 I would have...

Yesterday I purchased the wacky wednesday deal, 4 burgers with chips. Picked 3 chicken 1 beef with extra cheese, and had the large cheesy chips. Firstly, i had to wait 2 hours for my order. I placed the order online confirming drivers available, 1hour into waiting i called to find out if the order has left. Lady told me driver is about to leave. We are 10mins away, i received my order 55mins after i called. My cheesy chips was cold and just looking at them i was disappointed. The chicken from my burgers were not cooked fully as parts were pink and bloody. What a waste of money and patience.

Steers Ghandi Square does not deserve even 1 star for their bad service and customer care. I would not advise anyone around that area or Joburg as whole to order anything from there. I ordered 2 simple burgers and chips, my word the burgers were okay but the "chips" I got were brown,hard and blunt. Meaning Steers does not care whether we lodge complains about bad service received for our hard earn money. I REPEAT IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR MONEY GO DOWN THE DRAIN DO NOT OOORDERRRR FROM STEERS Ghandi Square. Service stinks!!! Order at your own risk....
