This 5 star review goes to the Manager who was super friendly and helpful. He greeted us with smiles and jokes and handled a very unpleasant situation that happened on 08/09/2023 fantastically - Brittany, our waitress, was extremely unprofessional and rude when she started shouting at me when I requested to split the bill. This was my first time here and she absolutely lost it, telling me I didn't tell her upfront so she cannot split it. The Manager, whom I did not catch the name of, came straight to sort it out for me by splitting the bill. I was absolutely horrified to watch Brittany shouting at him and refusing to assist until he eventually got onto the POS machine and printed my bill. If the Manager had not handled the situation so well, I would not have come back - instead, you will definitely find me back here. To the Manager, thank you for apologising for the situation, even though it really isn't you that should be apologising for the behaviour of others.

Drinks were very good and the atmosphere really pops off! By far my favourite...

Enjoyed a late lunch at Tiger's Milk - first time visit. Wow, what an impressive spot!!!! It is huge!!!!! Has a separate room with really low and comfy chairs and tables.

2 Pool tables, a huge fireplace with 2 couches (funky!) and a gold cow/bull's head on wall ... high tables with chairs, long tables (seat 8) with chairs, 'diner' seating with tables and plugs for computers .... an open floor area with speakers.

A huge brass pizza oven, 2 dart boards (electronic) and fresh Bluegum branches on tables. Pressed ceilings with lots of fake plants. Overall vibe is cosy. Although there were only 3 tables occupied, it still didn't feel 'cold'.

Cappuccino and beer on tap great. I had a Rosemary, garlic flatbread - Hein had a burger with Green Peppercorn sauce. Extra beer-battered onion rings. Everything was delicious!

Great service. Can see this spot being busy after 6pm during the week, as well as...

My friends and I had an amazing time at Tiger's Milk Appleton's Village on 28 August, and I just had to share the love! The place was buzzing with a fantastic vibe, thanks to the live DJ spinning a great mix.

Big kudos to our outstanding waiter, Patrick! He truly made our visit special with his exceptional service. From ensuring our reserved table was perfect to going above and beyond throughout our time there, Patrick's attention to detail and friendly demeanor stood out.

The food was not only tasty but delivered promptly, and the cocktails were spot on. It's evident that the staff at Tiger's Milk take pride in providing a top-notch experience.

A huge shout out and THANK YOU to Patrick for making our visit memorable. Tiger's Milk Appleton's Village is definitely our go-to spot for a fantastic time with great food, good vibes, and excellent service. Can't wait to be...

We went at a quiet time (late Dec, lunchtime) so it was good time to review the food and the laid back atmosphere, opposed to when it's positively heaving in the evenings. Restaurant/bars that are perceived as more upmarket have to be good at providing a convivial atmosphere, interesting decor and of course food and drink. Service was fantastic, friendly and efficient. The food is well plated and portions pretty generous, but taste wise some of it didn't really stick the landing. You can probably find a franchise near you, as they are gaining in popularity as places where you can enjoy yourself in the company of friends and family ( although I hesitate to call it kid friendly). What else? There's a pool table here, if you're keen.
