Though very clear looking at other reviews, that service can sometimes not be on point, I must have caught them on a good day, because service was perfect. I had the biscoff laté, which actually wasn't what I expected, in that it is too sweet, even with an added espresso shot. I don't know why I am surprised, since biscoff biscuits are sweet in any case!? They have a decent variety of croissant amd croissants buns, custard tarts, sandwiches, and even coffee grounds for sale. Where I really respect Vida E Cafe as a franchise (not branch specifically), is their affordability when compared to Seattles and Mugg n Bean, with the latters food being very expensive, but here I can afford a decent breakfast and a good coffee. The service is absolutely shocking!!!! “Sorry Madam, it’s coming” what is that??? I phoned through an order, so that I can just pick up go! Not with them, they only started making my drinks when I got there. When I finally got it, it looked like it had spit in it. It was for my kids but I threw it out! It’s not the first time they do me dirty like this. First time same issue, waited long, wrong order came, had to redo it, spilled it right in front of me. Everything is a joke to them. Cresta Vida e Caffè always serves the worst toasted sandwich, it’s like they don’t take pride in what they do at all. I ordered a toasted spicy chicken and mayo sandwich, the chicken and mayo was smudged on the outer side of the packet, the sandwich was not toasted properly, it was broken up and soggy.
