Good coffee and good service. Everytime I go and get food out of the fridge it is OFF! On multiple occasions I've had to throw wraps and muesli cups away as it was off.

Either the fridge is not cool enough, or the staff are pushing the food past the expiration date. The only reason I haven't returned the food is that I am incredibly busy. Just don't trust the food, the coffee is good but I am very disappointed. They have wasted a lot...

Went there this morning asked for a spicy toastie was told does it look like we have it. Then I settled for a bacon and egg toastie.Asked the guy at the till how long will it be to warm it up he says as long as it takes,I told him it was fine because I was annoyed.he then speaks loudly it's fine if you don't want it the guy at the till is obnoxious and rude will never stop at the parkhurst...

While I do like this coffee shop and the service is generally very friendly, the biggest let down is their consistency. They tend to either make the coffee so hot that one cannot drink it or it's cold - no happy medium. Would suggest that the baristas get trained again to ensure they are delivering coffee at a consistent 70'C and then this could be a 4 or 5...
