SO,after taking it out of the bin are you gonna do a tast test???? Send it a ISO 2200 lab,I would recommend as I will gladly assist with the testing and Quality Compliance yes certificate.Unless you not sure what burgers you making and the ingredients on that burgers we ordered. Thats call a recall procedure when you want a product out of the consumers hands...
So when you do traceability or when you talk about food traceability, you should talk about being able to follow a food (and all of the ingredients within it) through the supply chain.
TWithhat being said, food traceability, it’s not just about knowing where a food has come from or been, it’s about knowing where it ended up after it left each stage of production/processing too. In other words, food traceability applies both forwards and backwards in the supply chain.
Traceability means keeping records and linking up the processes involved in producing, processing and distributing food products and their ingredients. Or I would suggesy .You trace back the following;
1.order number 2.Recipe used for that specific order 3.Supply chain 4.Batch/lot numbers of ingredients 5.Scruitinse process during food processor during all stages .

Read moreRudest Manager, terrible customer service and misleading information. Googled closing times. Rushed 10km across town to make it before closing at 22h00. Arrive at 21h50, doors still open and also state 22h00 close. Walk up to cashier and ignores me, counting money. Eventually ask to be helped and she doesn't look up but tells me "kitchen closes at 21h45 and is closed".
Ask to speak to the Manager only to be pointed to the lady with a couldn't care attitude wearing a Fishaways shirt at the counter next door (who must have heard the altercation but didn't bother to try and solve the problem). She rudely proceeds to give me a pathetic excuse about how they need to clean the place before it closes. I ask her if she understands customer service and how you cannot tell your customer one thing and then close at a different time. She just shrugs her shoulders in response.
Maybe the closing time should be 21h45 if the staff want to LEAVE the shop at 22h00 - laughable!
Well done KFC for serving us FIVE MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING after this...

Made a scene as other patrons who's orders were much larger orders, came out fast and I was waiting. Then I complained, asked my money back because I was in hurry to get to the hospital. My grandson was born an hour earlier. The cashier then lied and said they are waiting for the toasted sandwiches, which I knew had been done long time ago and was already in a take away bag. The Manager came, she apologised refunded me and gave me the food which came out in 2 minutes after I complained. I never expected the refund, asked her to not redund me but she insisted. I toke the refund and paid it forward. I gave it to someone who needed a little more to pay for the food which they needed to buy for a family at local supermarket. ...
