Panarottis george manager apparently can dictate which customers can get certain specials. Call and collect can't be upgraded at an additional cost which is stated on the website under Ts&Cs. Then they call the garden route mall who honored the Ts&Cs to moan at them telling them now they are causing issues for them which is completely unfair as they are just following the actual websites Ts and Cs, I will definitely be reaching out to the ARB for false advertising and then for not complying to YOUR own Ts&Cs I will be reaching out to the consumer board. Ps how can a employee tell a client "I will tell you what the specials are, YOU don't tell me" Once we showed him the Ts&Cs on our own phone because he couldn't find it on the computer, he just puts the phone down and doesn't even apologize for the fact that website and Ts&Cs say something different to what he is preaching. I wonder how many other customers are being fooled by...

I was visiting from Port Elizabeth n decided to treat my hosts to Pizza as I know it. Well .... what a disappointment, sweet chilli sauce, dry bits of chicken, and feta cheese! TWo toppings only, the rest wld b extra .... now really. Family pizza was R50 extra for avo? The slices were cut small n large, could not share slices. Come on ....Sorry my hosts were embarrassed on my part, for me and many it is a now a no go zone from now on. Gonna have a look at Port Elizabeth on my return and compare....
