REFLECTION OF MANAGEMENT... Uninterested staff, disgusting toilet facilities. Doors don't close, no toilet paper, urinal being used, mens loo area, urine all over the floors, cigarette butts overflowing. Ladies toilet for my elderly mom, no loo paper, doors don't close... walls have months of grubby hand marks.TOTAL DIGUSTING MESS... You can see it has been like this for many months. Nobody cares. This is not the Steers Standards..this is gross incompetence on steroids. If this is the bathroom facilities, what is the kitchen hygiene like ???? We did not order STEP UP YOUR GAME...

Over and above our order being messed up, when we call the branch the manager she has no care in the world. It's sad how black on black customer service is mostly dismal. We ordered racks of ribs and ended up with riblets on cartilage which was half cooked and covered in triple the amount of sauce...

Steers Ballito is a small Petrol Station based fast food outlet with surprisingly great food and service. Use the app and order ahead. I've never had a bad experience here and the food is always what one would expect from a steers. The interior could do with a cleanup...
