RK's Protea Hotel (across from Gateway), their food is tasty in keeping with the price you pay.

HOWEVER, they offer a call and collect service which has a "malfunction". I called and placed my order. When I went into the store there was just one queue to follow. Even if you already have called in and placed your order...

I then approached a staff member who told me I must repeat my order. I then waited about another 10 minutes for my order... I was then told one of the curries I ordered was out of stock... So why did you offer me this option when I phoned???

I'm usually a very patient person. The reason I called ahead at this branch, is, the parking out there is ridiculous!!! If you can find a parking you need to park and display a paid parking stub, or risk getting a fine. If you can't find a parking then you need to double park, inconvenience someone else, and go into RK'S to fetch your order.

This branch of RK'S is perfect if you are on foot, or with a bicycle/skateboard!!!!

A better branch of RK'S, IN MY OPINION, is Millennium...

Absolutely terrible service from the RK's branch on Millenium Boulevard and an absolutely disgusting display of service from the lady helping my colleague and I(Honestly if people dont want to work the job they have, why continue to work)...After my entire office being such frequent customers to RK's after today's experience...I can assure you they have lost all respect in my books...After placing a big order, and even double checking with the person helping pack our order to ensure everything is in the packet, only upon returning to our offices we realize that the same food which we were enquiring about if it was packed was the same items that were missing...After calling the store and enquiring was of Absolutely no help saying that I must come to the store for either a refund or the fetch the missing items of food..All that they could say was "I understand but there's nothing I can do".

I CAN SAY THIS FOR CERTAIN...RKS HAS LOST A...
