Absolutely distasteful 🤮service from a lady by the name of Ms Phumzile Molefe. Management urgently needs to attend to her attitude towards patrons/customers as well as her Serving Mannerism. Her attitude is appalling to say the least as one would swear that #Wimpy went on a special headhunt for her Waitressing Job yet she is the one who went out of her way to secure a JOB that would put food on her table. Unemployment is on a high yet we have such undeserving people employed and ridiculously tarnishing franchisees. Ate here previously with no major issues. This 2 stars is purely for management. Got here today, was attended to by the host. Sat down with my daughter, got menu's etc, got comfortable. Was there at 15:28 waitress says kitchen closes at 16:00. 6 minutes later, ready to order (daughter was hungry) waitress pops by to say sorry we're closed 🤔 I was like ummm, (politely) why didn't you close the doors or at least say you're closed on entry?. Manager (Claudine) comes in and re-iterates the same with no remorse, sincerety or empathy. I said, so why didnt you tell us before sitting down? My husband and I sat down outside and were approached 4 times to check if we have been served. We ordered 1 burger, 1 latte and 1 Stoney. The burger arrived. No drinks. Our folks joined us and ordered 1 sandwich, 1 coffee and 1 cappuccino.

The cappuccino arrived before the original latte and cooldrink.

The burger was finished before the drinks arrived and the party ordering second received their drinks first.
