I ordered the allstar lunchbox for R62. 90 and the small bucket meal for R31. 90. I cannot comment on the R31. 90 meal as it was bought for someone else. My meal, the allstar lunch box meal was horrible. Firstly, the burger is not the usual size and basically no burger patty. It seemed like I was given your snack burger. I also took pics of the burger as proof of the lack of patty. The taste was not good. Secondly, the chicken piece was horrible. The taste was not good at all and the piece was oily. In addition to the above, I had waited almost 40minutes for my order and the store was busy but not extremely busy. When I queried about the wait, it was due to the chicken being fried. Your primary business is fried chicken and fast food. How can you not have chicken already in the fryer when you almost out considering that this is your primary source of your business. There was no indication from the start that our meals was going to take so long. On top of that, the lackadaisical approach of the stuff from what I saw was really unacceptable knowing people are waiting for their meals. I am appalled with the way the staff at this KFC treat customers like imbeciles. I placed an order for pick up, the staff member took my order and repeated it. Got to pick up and the staff ignored my attempt at asking if its ready and were smiling amongst each other looking at me like a fool. I went back into the queue to enquire since nobody was bothered and my frustration had heightened since this kind of service shouldn't be experienced by anyone. At the till, I asked if the order was ready and was informed yes, I still experienced further frustration as the same staff members were still ignoring my enquiry on the readiness of my order and told me she is attending to other patrons. I am not a serial complainer but what I was subjected to is not fair especially if I had made the attempt to call in and specify the time of pick up. And to top it off, my order was wrong. I will maintain my loyalty to Chicken Licken than to be embarrassed in that way and still be unhappy with an incorrect order. Your staff behavior is appalling and needs greater...

Whenever I come over with my order number I have to wait for at least 20 minutes, holding my receipt out, while I am ignored until I make a huge scene and practically force the servers to look at my receipt. They will grudgingly reveal that my order is ready and wordlessly package it and hand it to me without looking at me. This branch has the most disgusting customer service ethic I have ever encountered. Please, do not waste your time going here as you will only be treated like garbage by the staff. Go to the outside KFC instead where you are given good service and where staff actually bother to read your receipt and give you food rather than ignore you. KFC, please, for the love of God, sort this branch out. Tell your staff to stop ignoring customers with receipts and start interacting with us.
