Ok here is the deal.

Unfortunately no option for Zero Star.

3 weeks ago, we went there for just some desert "Hot Chocolate Decadence". Honestly it was flatten down, tasted like raw flour.

Despite the above, we said let us give another chance and despite their price being on a higher level, we decided to try them again on their main menu. Thinking may be the day we had the dessert, we were unlucky. Wrong!

So Yesterday, We ordered 2 Summer Sizzler which cost R899 for each platter.

We only had 4 small stuffed Calamary Tube in each platter.

To my astonishment, there was only 1 small piece of Fish, which my 6 year old only could eat. Yet we were 9 people.

The King prawns were nice. Chips were soggy.

Both Platters, which had also chicken pieces, only the breast portion were cooked. The rest of the Chicken were RAW and bloody on the inside.

We called the manager on duty and told him about that, he offered his apology, and offered new plates BUT NO WAY. once one get raw chicken in their serving, no way to re-order. I gently told the manager to please speak to the cook as food poisoning is a huge thing in the food industry and raw protein beside sushi is a no go zone.

My other order was a Seafood Linguini. First they brought the wrong pasta type and had to bring back the proper one. Only 1 mussel was in there, the foods looks like an over boiled maggie Noodle and 2 pieces of a quarter of a prawn @R149. Did not look at all like what the picture showed.

Our order took approximately, 1 hr 15mins. And yet we uncounter all the above mentioned scenarios.

After Supper, both my wife and daughter, were sick.
