Absolute Disaster – Worst Experience of My Life!

I took my kids out for what was supposed to be a nice dinner and decided to eat in. We placed our order at the self-service kiosks, clearly selecting the option to dine in and have the food brought to our table (using the table number provided).

We waited for 20 minutes before deciding to check in with the staff. When we did, the lady behind the counter casually asked us to hand over our receipt. No apology, no urgency—nothing. Hoping things would be sorted, we returned to our table.

Another 15 minutes passed with no food or update. I decided to give them yet another chance, waiting an additional 5 minutes. By this point, I was completely fed up and demanded a refund.

Guess what? Even getting my money back took another 10 minutes! While standing there, frustrated, I witnessed the manager outright turning away new customers, telling them they couldn’t place an order. 4 separate groups of people gave up and walked out.

The entire experience was a trainwreck of poor management, zero accountability, and an utter disregard for customers dining in. They blatantly prioritise the drive-through orders, leaving everyone else to fend for themselves.

This was not just bad service—it was a complete lack of basic decency. I will never support this place again!

Once again, a disappointing experience at this branch. The service at McDonald’s Cradle Stone Mall continues to be below standard, with untrained staff and a clear lack of professional attitude.

I placed an order via the drive-thru last night, which included Chilli Cheese Fries, a McFeast Deluxe, Cajun Chicken, Grand Chicken, and a Kids’ Happy Meal. After placing my order and making payment, I waited around 10 minutes at the collection point.

When my order was finally handed to me, I noticed the Happy Meal was missing. Upon asking, I was told it was “still coming.” While checking the rest of the order, I realized they had given me normal fries instead of the Chilli Cheese Fries I ordered and paid for. When I asked why, the response was that the Chilli Cheese Fries were “finished” — yet at no point during the order or payment process was I informed of this.

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay full price and not receive what you ordered, and even worse when no communication is offered upfront. This kind of service shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

This isn’t the first time the service has been poor here, and sadly it looks like nothing has improved. Avoid this branch if you’re expecting decent service or accuracy...

07 Aug 2023, 18:23 BAD TREATMENT FROM MANAGER-DEFERMATION OF CHARACTER I went to McDonald's in Cradlestone Mall on the 7th of August 2023 around 1pm to meet a business partner. The manager (Lady) at the store approached me while standing waiting for my business partner to approcah for a business meeting. She suspected that I am criminal probably there for criminal activities and according to her, there was theft that took place in the mall in the previous weeks hence she reacted that way towards me. I went to the security personnel at the mall to confirm if indeed there was theft that took place since she's been vigilant towards customers. The traffic or control confirmed that there was no theft that took place at the Mall. I have never been this offended and mistreated as a customer. I am regular customer at the store and I usually go there with my son after school to get him lunch.

She advised that this is a McDonald's new police, that people must be investigated if they remain seated in the store if they didn't buy any item.

Her behavior was unacceptable, and she treated me like some sort of a criminal. I received no apology whatsoever from her even after explaining the reason why I was standing...
