Friday 15 Nov 2024 I went to Nandos by Key west with my husband to sort out dinner. As we approached the door the order queue was standing almost outside the door. My very first thought was "oh boy here we are going to stand in this queue until Christmas". To my suprise the queue did nit stop moving and it was not even 5 minutes when we reached the order counter. While placing out order the system freaked out and our order was lost. (Pity I did not think to get the name of the lady assisting us) - anyway she did not hold back and let an offline system get in her way. She wrote down our order and politely advised us to kindly have a seat she will bring our order. We sat down. She sorted out the system and electronically sorted out our order. As we waited I observed a bit and I can in all honesty say that every single employee from the counter order to the lady who wiped plates to the chefs to the person I assume is the manager - EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was on their feet like moving everywhere. Gheeeees I felt tired and light headed by the way they are working. I hope the manager sees this review because I just wanted to tell you that you can be dam proup of ALL your staff members! All of them I observed while waiting for our food worked so hard, they were all so friendly and treated every person entering with great respect and so friendly! They are holding the name of your business high and because of how they treat people - people (like myself) will definately go back! I could not even propery obeserve because we did not wait hours for our food. I was still observing when a lady suddenly disrupted my thoughts and awe by repeating our order for us and giving our food. The quality of the food was beyond amazing. Fresh and tasty - thank you chefs! To every employee at Nandos Krugersdorp - well done guys. You work so hard and none of you allowed hard work to cause you to be rude. Thank each and every employee for being friendly and treating clients with such great respect! Keep up the good work and ethics! Read moreon 4 April 2023, we ordered plant based meals, firstly they got the entire meal wrong, we received a wrap instead of a pita, and we received chips instead of perrinaise. the Boujee bowl had normal chicken instead of plant based chicken. On calling in to complain about the order, the first person we spoke to insisted that it was plant-based, after half hour, i then spoke to Sidney the manager who was extremely rude and also insisting it was plant-based. He then sent his driver to collect the food, as he told me he wanted to check and taste the food and if the order is correct, then he will return the same food back to me (this is already past 8 pm that night). Then he tells me to log a call with Mr D as they must address my concerns not him. after calling Mr D, logging a call, they asked me to send them pictures which I did the following morning. I asked them to send me a WhatsApp number so that I could forward the videos I took, as the pictures do not show clearly, but no one responded. Today, I get an email stating that they confirmed with Nando's manager that it was plant-based food, how can you confirm after 2 days, after Sidney tasted, perhaps even ate the meal, what proof is left over for you to make that decision, that he is telling the truth and I am not. I already paid for that meal, no refund and someone gets to eat a fully paid meal. Nice nuh!!

I then received message informing me that my food will reach me by 19:40, after I have logged out I received another sms stating that my order is the kitchen and will be in my hands by 19:40. Around 20:00 my order hasn't arrived I contacted them and I was told that in few minutes time I will get my food. 20:30 still nothing, I called again and I was told that they only have one bike and have too many deliveries but in 15 mins I will receive my food. 21:00 still no food, made contact again and now there is a different story that driver was outside my flat and couldn't come in so he went back with food 😒. So I lost my patience, coz my kids are hungry and overtime I call them I get different story. 21:30 I received 3 call back sms then I thought it might my delivery finally the food is here after 3hours of waiting.
