KAUAI Virgin Active Pietermaritzburg — Restaurant in Msunduzi Local Municipality

I have never experienced such rudeness in my entire life. I ordered a smoothie, paid for it and waited. Minutes later the waiter advised that the blender was overheating so we had to wait for it to cool down, while waiting my husband requested to use the restroom and it became such a huge issue when I eventually requested to cancel the order so that we can go look for a restroom nearby the waiter rudely told me I was not the first one in the line I must wait for my turn. We then decided to leave without the smoothie that I had already paid for. Yesterday I can at 19:30pm and ordered the same smoothie and I was told that the blender was not working, I changed my order to a wrap I was told it was past closing time however on the website it states that the closing time for...

This particular KAUAI is so conveniently located at the gym, but there always is a mishap with the food. For instance, a few weeks ago I ordered a Gluten Free wrap, but I received a normal wrap instead. I also ordered a Chai Latte with Almond Milk but received a Chai Latte with normal milk. Most recently I ordered a breakfast bowl but there happened to be a stone in it. This isn't acceptable.

Also I understand that the smoothie subscription has been discontinued nationwide but it is such a disappointment. You guys should consider demand of certain products instead of just rolling out new menus...

It's inside the Virgin Active, so if you're not a VA member, you can only get served via the reception counter, which is pretty weird.
