Disappointing First Experience with Burger King in Pietermaritzburg at chief Albert Luthuli street.

I recently ordered from Burger King for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I had ordered a combo deal and also paid for an extra burger to top up my meal. However, when the delivery arrived, I was surprised to find that the extra burger and chips were missing from my order.

To make matters worse, I had to be the one to call them and inform them about the mistake. When I did, they acknowledged that one of their employees had forgotten to include the burger in the package. While mistakes can happen, what bothered me was that I had to take the initiative to call them in the first place.

As a paying customer, I expect my order to be accurate and complete. It's disappointing that Burger King didn't double-check my order before sending it out. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve their quality control and...

FOOD ARRIVED COLD. I ordered Pepsi max but received Pepsi normal, they did not include my fries. R176 paid for just a burger. Service from MRD was also disgusting. Got introduced to Burger Kind at the Gateway branch then the Liberty Mall branch. Recently started going to the drive thru on commercial and it's a disappointment. I'm currently waiting for my order in the parking lot. The lady assisting me was rude, no replied to a mere greeting, basic manners are non existent.
