Food is always fresh, cripsy and tasty. Prices are great and the service is always good. My personal favourite is the squiggly pops. I absolutely must say, I come here very often, and the staff are normally average, however on our last three visits here we were served by an amazing gentleman, Sanele. This guy is outstanding. No matter how busy the store is, he is always ready to get you seated and get your food out to you, if you are eating in. He is patient with customers, professional in his interactions, and always smiling. He is never rude or in a hurry. He will deliver service to his customers, as though they were sitting in a five star restaurant. Sanele has always delivered amazing service to us,irrespective of how busy the store is, and I sincerely hope that he will inspire the rest of the staff to follow in his footsteps. I bought "Hotpot for two". The food comes in this 20 x 10 x 5 cm container. The portion size is a meal for one. Not two. The manager says it's the way they decided to brand their product. I told her it's false advertising. There's no way that is hotpot for two. Unless you are feeding models. That's pretty much all she will say. Instead of saying she will escalate the concerns to product team she insists that's how they designed the product so that's how it is. Buy something else or elsewhere. They take your money stick you in a corner and forget about you. So busy doing the takealot orders that you as a walk in mean nothing. On the order slip it states delay orders over 15mins inccurs a free side order. After 30mins no order I call the manager out on this fishaways policy and I was told to take it up with the fishaways head office and would not even say sorry for any delay. There were 3 other clients waiting the same time if not longer. If this is the way Fishaways deal with their clients then I will never have fishaways from any of there stores.
