When I tried to pay the transaction didn't want to go through, so I asked the cashier to please try again. She kept showing me the slip that said declined. I asked her again to try again because I had funds in my account. She just gave me the card machine but handed it to me so badly it almost dropped to the floor. When I swiped again (with the same card) it went through. When I finally got to the window to collect my food everyone seemed to have disappeared?? By then I had already been waiting 22 min in the queue and there were only 3 cars in front of me. This is becoming more of a sit thru not a drive thru. When someone finally came and gave me my food I was told that I have to wait another 7 min for my zinger wings! They didn't even tell me where to wait so I just moved to the parking area. I was in such a rush and if I had known the zinger wings would take that long I would have ordered something else. The 7 min soon turned into 16 min and by then the rest of my food had gone cold! No apology and no communication and it was SUPER hot that day so I was dying of the heat! I was too scared to get out my car to find out what happened to my order because there seems to be more beggars than customers so you never know what they will do to your car when you step away from it. I couldn't even lay a complaint afterwards because they took my slip so I don't even know who the cashier was and what my order number was. The food wasn't even that great either. Tasted dried out. This happens every time I go to this KFC and I don't want to learn my lesson but this is it - they will never...

We waited in drive-thru queue for 25 minutes, 10 minutes before closing (21h00) and 15 minutes after (21h15), the door was already closed to the restaurant. So we went straight to the drive-thru. We were told by one customer in front of us at 21h00 that the restaurant no longer had meat, so I asked him why was he telling us instead of the restaurant telling us, he said he doesn't know. So we proceeded with the queue until the order speaker at 21h15 were we were told the restaurant was closed and the meat was finished. We asked why were not told this way before we got there, we cannot turn back as there were already about four cars behind us. Were asked some questions and they didn't answer answer us instead closed the speaker. We proceeded to the pay and collection windows, they closed them on us. So it was about 3 cars before us and about four cars behind us who received bad service from the restaurant franchise. A horrible way to treat people who waited for service, they could have sent someone to tell us that they were closed/no longer had meat so that so many cars don't queue for nothing, wasting fuel and time. I hope more of us report this...
Read moreI am not happy with the sevice i received today, i ordered 3× streetwise, when i arrived at home I discovered that they didnt pack the chips in all 3 boxes of streewise, i called to report this, the lady that answered the phone said i mustbe mistaken mybe the chips are somewhere in th packet and asked if i was sure that there wss no chips, she then said I need to come back and get my chips. I dont have a problem with that, but i didnt expect a trusted company like KFC to solve this problem this way. I told the lady from kfc that I stay ver far from this KFC, but the lady ensisted i come back for the chips regardless of where i am comming from. This is so unfair that i have to spend money from my pocket to correct a problem that KFC caused, i was expercting that mybe they would compansate me atleast for wasting my cars fuel to come back from far away, instead when i asked for a compansation atleast something to make up comming back worthwhile, the lady said they can only replace my chips and thats all they can do. I am very dissapointed with this KFC branch...
