DISGUSTING ! that is in short the experience. I ordered 1 x half chicken and 2 x chicken strips with Pita this afternoon. The food arrived cold - I initially thought the chicken strips was pork ( the invoice indicated chicken, so who i am to question it ). The half chicken was dry and tasted "muddy" as if this was cooked the previous day, left to dry and then re-heated. I called the store and spoke to Charmaine the manager, who screamed at some victim at the back about the order, whilst on the phone with me, and eventually reverted that "someone will call you, give me your details". I remember JMo's from their early days in South Beach with fresh tasty chicken - and now it taste like dried out duck. It’s been years since we last ate at this establishment so we were in the area and decided to give it a try. The store is clean and neat and the front staff ladies were very friendly and polite!! We placed our order which took about 20 minutes to prepare. The food was fresh and tasty! We really enjoyed our meals and I’m so glad that we had the nostalgic experience that we were looking forward to! The only difference is that lamb is no longer served here as we had a chili lamb burger as our last meal here over 20 years ago!! Absolutely horrendous service. I placed an order for delivery on Ubereats around 11am on 25th December. The restaurant was AVAILABLE on the app. 30 minutes later I get a notification that the restaurant cannot fulfill my order. The order has disappeared from my app and I have not received a refund. I tried 3 times to call the store with no answer. Extremely disgusting service. Why do you make yourself available on the Ubereats app if you cannot deliver? If you're open, why don't you answer the phone?...
