KAUAI Musgrave — Restaurant in Musgrave

Firstly, I’m so disappointed at how some of the ladies are treating us (black) customers. Their service is so different and disgusting when it comes to us and I’ve seen it happening so many times. I think you should train your employees on how to treat all customers equally and fairly cause at the end of the day we’re all there for the same thing which is to buy.

Secondly, some of your staff do not pay attention when we’re placing orders, they will give you something you did not order and then give a rude and nasty attitude when you respond to say this isn’t what you ordered. This happens especially with the weekend ladies, they’re so rude and they don’t know how to properly serve customers. They don’t even apologise for wrong orders.

Lastly, the smoothies are too watery and taste really horrible these days especially the peanut butter bliss and the peanut butter berry, I absolutely don’t think they should be that watery considering the fact that there’s peanut butter on them.

I’m really disappointed in so many things but mostly your employees are so unprofessional to black customers and it is so disgusting to see.

I hope you look into this and fix it...

I bought a normal mexi burger from KAUAI Musgrave. The burger was out of this world! It really blew me away!!! Definitely one of the most tasting and juiciest burgers I have ever eaten. I enjoyed the coffee, strawberry and peanut butter bliss and i will recommend it to other patrons. The ambience and store setup was clean and uncluttered something everyone enjoys. The reason this review doesn't get more stars is the service which was lacking. There wasn't even a "Hi" or "May i help you" when i went to order so friendly service with a smile keeps people coming back and creates customer loyalty.
