⭐ 1-Star Review – Because I Can’t Give Zero

Paranottis Musgrave, where logic comes to die and customer service takes a permanent smoke break. 🙃

Imagine this: You walk in craving their pizza special (because let’s be real, your marketing worked), but oh no — plot twist — you’re not allowed to sit down and eat it. Why? Because apparently, ordering their pizza special magically transforms you into a second-class citizen who can only take it away like a shameful snack gremlin.

So let me get this straight… I can pay money, I can stand there and wait, but I cannot sit down and eat the food I just paid for, because you’ve decided to gatekeep chairs now? 😂 What kind of backwards, anti-customer, policy-from-hell is this?

It makes zero sense when other pizza joints let you eat your takeaway right there like a normal human being. And some of these are in food courts where they don’t even own the chairs, and they still don’t care. But you? Nah. You’re on your little power trip.

It’s a pizza special, not a black market organ deal. Calm down. Sit down. Oh wait — I can’t. Because you won’t let me.

Congratulations, Paranottis Musgrave. You’ve invented a new level of petty. 👏

Final thoughts: The pizza? Decent. The policy? Pure clownery. I’ll spend my R100 at a place where they don’t treat me like a takeaway refugee for daring to...

Worst experience ever. Would never go back. Wen I got there, I was totally ignored. I eventually found myself a table n sat down. 3 blk waitresses passed me n went to 3 other customers who came after me, them being blk. Now are we back in apartheid days. This was gone 10 minutes. Eventually I asked to see the manager and raised this issue, he was quite pleasant however the damage was done. Upon telling the 1 waitress that she totally ignored me, she became defensive n argumentative. Is this the type of service we must put up for a meal we paying for. Then all said n done, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my meal n that to the fettuccine is hard. Now this is ridiculous. I didn't mention anything as by this time, enough is enough. The food was barely eaten, u can arrange for it to be picked up. And yes the manager did try, but honestly never again, not with the service n quality of food I received. There were remnants of pizza on the floor. I showed the manager. You look forward to going out and enjoying a meal, but all you get is paying for horrible food n horrible customer service. Sad that we have to pay for this nowadays and racism in it to. I take great offense to that. Customers beware of this. And it's a pretty high price to be...

Panarottis Musgrave – Honest Review

I’ve been to the Panarottis at Musgrave a few times now, and what I really like about it is how it’s never overcrowded. It’s rarely full, so finding a table is always quick and easy. I learned that when you walk in, you don’t need to wait for someone to seat you — just find a spot, and a waiter will come around.

Service can be a bit slow when there are more people than usual, probably because there are only about three to four waiters working at a time. But once you get used to the flow, it’s not a big deal.

The highlight, though, is definitely the food. It’s always top-tier. My absolute favorite is the Carnivore Sub — packed with flavor and never disappoints. I also recently tried their breakfast pizzas, which were surprisingly good. Their cocktails are another win: strong, refreshing, and full of flavor.

All in all, it’s a relaxed spot with consistently great food. 10/10 —...

Customer service was fairly good, not too certain about waiting times as I didn't pay attention to that. The Mexican breakfast pizza was average, nothing to write home about as it was extremely sweet. The Panarotti's in Gateway seem to have gotten the mix just right with this dish! The breakfast itself was alright, the Mr's wasn't too thrilled about it. I liked the bacon though, was done really nicely with a good smokey flavor. Overall, 3 stars as the taste experience wasn't great. We both preferred the Panarotti's in Gateway as the food was a lot tastier. (Forgive the poor image quality, my phone was on the fritz). PS. The look and feel of the restaurant was quite nice, very chilled.

What a disappointment! I have been to this franchise in joburg and never have I had such an experience. First table we sat at was dirty, so we moved. Then by the 2nd table there was water all over the floor of the booth so we moved again. My boyfriends hot chocolate was made with milk that was off, thankfully, one of the managers changed it for him. Then, because they microwave the hot chocolate, don't know why, the rim of the glasses had crusty dried milk, with sticky sides of the glasses from overflow. The pasta sort of made up for it, but overall, the place was a no. 2 other couples at other tables seemed unhappy as well, which really is a pity.
