Experienced bad service from one of your managers NK. I had ordered a strawberry daiquiri mocktail which was very sweet and warm when I drank it.
So I immediately brought this to the waitress attention. Thereafter the manager NK came over to our table. I explained to him and he’s response was that it arrived already mixed. So I explained to him that maybe this is the reason the Spur one is particularly too sweet because of maybe additional sweeteners. I therefore explained that I no longer want the drink and I preferred to just have water. However his demeanor clearly indicated that he was not having and still wanted me to have the drink.
I therefore informed him that I would not be having it and can I have the water instead. He walked away and left the drink at the table and it stayed there until we were done eating our meals. He didn’t inform the waitress anything about our discussion and went ahead and billed the drink anyway.
What I could see about NK as a manager is that he clearly doesn’t know his role as a manager or just doesn’t enjoy his job. Hopefully you train him but for now I think I’ll be finding another Spur for my family and...

I asked for a take away box which took 20 minutes to bring over when it was not even busy. I received 1 box when I had 2 different meals to box, asked for a second again which took over 10 minutes that I ended up packaging both meals in one box, I was not even provided with a bag to cover the food which ended up messing my groceries and food spoiled. My waitress had no patience whatsoever I asked for the bill and it was brought by someone else, which is okay but what annoyed me and made me realize I need to stop using that spur is when she came to fetch the bill and my daughter was crying and she needed the loyalty number, she couldn't even wait a minute before saying should I come back later when she took 20 minutes for the box and I had to remind her about it. Read moreI appreciated the proactive approach taken by the manager when she noticed that we had not been attended to and personally took our order and brought it to our table. However, I was surprised by the lack of attention given to the two ladies seated at the table next to ours. These ladies were disruptive and loud, to the point where their noise could be heard from the restroom. This lack of consideration from the staff towards other customers led me to believe that they did not prioritize creating a peaceful dining experience for all patrons. Despite one customer voicing their complaint to the waitress, no action was taken to address the disruptive behavior of these two customers. As a customer, I expected a certain level of service and atmosphere at the establishment, yet my experience was negatively impacted by the inconsiderate behavior of these two individuals.
