Since Covid we use the drive through and eat our order by the sea. We ordered breakfast McMuffins with coffee. 4 sugars and 2 sweetners - listed as such on the till slip. When they handed the order to us through the window we confirmed with the person - 4 sugars and 2 sweetners. It was a young guy - and he confirmed. Got to our regular eating place. Had the McMuffin and hash brown. When we wanted to have our coffee - only to discover no sweetners and 2 sugar. By the time we got back to MacDonalds the coffee was cold. However, I must say they gave us new coffees with the requested sweetners and sugar. Next time I will open the parcel to check the sugar and sweetner. My advice - check the order before you leave. Read moreThis is the WORST McDonald's in the entire country - of that I'm sure. The "drive through" is a joke. I have lost count of how many times I've been there, and no one takes your order, so you have to go inside. Almost everything is out of stock. And this at 17:00 on a weekday. When you complain about your drive through experience to the manager, he has a very bad condescending attitude, rather than just apologizing and taking the issue up with the staff member involved (said staff member who clearly does not understand that me being white does not mean I only understand and speak Afrikaans...
