Romans pizza your customer service has disappointed me a lot,,I have been a loyal romas pizza customer for years and I have been ordering pizza from the same address for delivery for the past 2 years almost every single week and my details are even in your system and even some of your delivery guys k ow me well now because I would order almost every week and then one day I try to place an order for delivery and without much explanation all you is we are no longer delivering to the area of your address from now and yet for the past 2 years I have been ordering from the same address almost weekly and then I request to talk to the manager just to get a clear explanation but then the manager who answered me on the shift was just giving me an attitude you can check your recorded call to hear the stated conversation...I was very disappointed in your services at least you should have given us a more clear explanation than just to say we are no longer delivering that side amd to make matters worse all you could say was come and collect it yourself that was the best explanation you could give to a customer who has been loyal to your services for 2 years weekly at least a detailed explanation could have been better that for me was customer service at its...

Staff working that day was not very helpful. 2 months ago, I contacted and asked if you do operate during loadshedding, and they said they do. Drove 35 km to get there and when got there and they were colsed. Phoned asked why they were closed said they don't operate during loadshedding. Waited untill electricity came on and the woman said no she can't help me with thick base pizzas because they don't have bases. You are closed for 2h and you don't have the time to make or say we will open after loadshedding and what would you like to order and then inform me you do not have certain things available at the time. Good Quality Pizza, Affordable prices, I do quite enjoy the 2 Large Pizza special that they run Occasionally, I once got addicted to their Pizza pie's😂 Really friendly and professional staff, namely - Xola, Tinashe, Lisa & Ncediswa who have been there for year's.
