Absolutely disgusting food was not fresh at all what a disgrace I ordered a princess wrap and as I bit into a tomato it tasted Absolutely disgusting decided to open it up and lettuce is dark brown chicken is a grayish colour Absolutely horrified if I get sick as a result of eating some of this wrap I'm actually scared this is disgusting do not I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS KAUAI I'm so scared I've just given myself food poisoning nd it's really disheartening paying so much for a wrap and now throwing ot away health inspector or something needs to go take a look at this place(edit: so as u can see kauai did respond to me nd I could make a formal complaint nd they said the manager of this branch would be in touch and that was the end no apology no refund no nothing the manager has yet to get in touch so once again do not order food from this place try another branch this branch gives rotten food and the manager clearly doesn't give a damn If people get sick from their rotten food DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE...

The chef today 03 Aug 2023 at 5pm - 5.30pm really put extra effort into preparation and THE PRESENTATION of a takeaway meal was impeccable. Scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and rye bread (specially wrapped to avoid getting soggy) and not a tiny piece of the end of the loaf. It's my birthday in the next few days, so what I'm saying THANK YOU for a pleasant surprise on an already great meal. ONCE I have had a VERY SMALL portion of this order, but not again and at any time of the day not JUST BREAKFAST. ALSO for my birthday I was able to remove the beef sausage and receive a slightly larger portion of mushrooms is SO APPRECIATED

AS A COVID X 2 infected SURVIVOR.... THESE LITTLE EXTRAS ARE SO APPRECIATED.

I also order the Berry Fordzen yoghurt and the flu shot juice (not the shot) to try climb back to health. It's sounds dramatic, I truly wish my story wasn't dramatic but my recovery has been hell.

I had the worst experience. A friend and I went to get a smoothie with the Wii codes we got from the Gym. We arrived and the lady behind the till said we could not use our Wii codes and had to pay cash. I then asked for the manager, she proceeded to stay at the counter and shout at the top of her voice for the manager, this continued for approx. 10 mins, why she could not just walk to her at the back to call her still illudes me. The manager arrived and I explained the story, to which she just replied sorry and carried on as if the problem was not resolved. We ended up being able to use the Wii codes, but the process to get there was absolutely shocking. I will not return to this Kauai and would not suggest...
