Ordered online, 2 x Hake Hot Pot for two with medium Onion Rings. Went to collect the online order and only received 1 x Hake something (not correct sauce) Pot for two and the Onion Rings. Went back to ask for the rest of the order and the lady at counter had a bad attitude, even after one of her colleagues told her that our order not complete because she gave 1 of our Hake Hot Pot for two away to another customer. How can a order be handed to a customer incomplete and the staff know it! Then, to top off things, there was no hot sauce on the food as advertised, but a pathetic tasting BBQ sauce. If we wanted BBQ sauce, we would have ordered something with BBQ sauce and not Hot sauce. Staff did not even mention anything about the order not being able to be done as ordered online. Absolute pathetic service!!!!!!!! Previous experience.... ordered hake and rice and were told that they do not have rice prepared and we must take chips. Told the lady at the counter, I do not have to take chips and I would like rice. She had an extremely bad attitude because I did not want to accept chips as she instructed me. Point - Fishaway Langebaan, you really need to teach your staff how to be open and honest if something is not done correctly. Also teach them that we as the customer are paying their salary by ordering food and that they need to be friendly...
