If there was 0 stars to rate this establishment I would, especially the Stellenbosch branch, all the other branches are excellent, my family and I went to visit today with the impression on using the entertainer as we always do, I spoke with Paul one of the waitrons who advised that the app establishment no longer accepts the entertainer as of 4 years ago, this is absolute nonsense as we were in the restaurant and we used the app at the time, we were then advised to speak to the manager in a very cocky manner as if we didn't know what we were speaking about, the Manager Nyasha told me that the entertainer app only shows the somerset west branch, when I opened the app and showed her the Stellenbosch branch is listed she paused as if she just realized she was talking nonsense to me at first she told me that she will honour it if she can see its the Stellenbosch branch, but to my surprise she declined and advised she will not honour the meals, she advised the owner is overseas and they also wont honour it because they have decided to cancel it, well if you knew this, as a very successful establishment you should contact the entertainer directly and advise them to remove you and avoid clients coming to the place to redeem like me, this was the worst experience I have had, this is my favourite restaurant in Stellenbosch and it will be the last time I will ever come here, they literally refused to give it to us, its not our duty to contact the entertainer its your duty Owner!!!!

Thembile was an amazing waiter! So friendly and so helpful. He always checked up on us and made sure our drinks were full or taken away as soon as they were finished. Table was ALWAYS clean. Fine dining experience for a restaurant that doesn’t identify as fine dining. We didn’t have to wait for our food. There was a quiz night the night we came. Such a nice surprise. It was so much fun and such a welcoming and friendly environment. Food was also outstanding. Portions were up to standard and definitely worth the price. The restaurant is away from all the hustle and bustle of Stellenbosch which makes it nice to get away from the noise and busyness. Prices are decent and there are so many vegan/vegetarian/healthy options for those who are not wanting too many carbs (I had all vegan/vegetarian dishes and they were better than any meat dishes I’ve had in the past). I have been ordering the low carb pizza options from Colcaccios for years, as they are one of very few pizzerias with this option. However, the quality of ther bases have not only faltered over the years, but they also got... smaller? I added a fork in the photo as a reference to how small it is. The pizza also comes in a small box, so the spacing between the edges and the pizza should also give you an understanding of how small this is.

The pizza slices were also stuck to the box and I had to peel off pieces of cardboard from the slices.

I love colcaccios, but I have one big request - please, please make your bases bigger. You guys can be top of your game with this. We don't want egg salad, just a normal-sized low carb...
