We have stayed here numerous times.It has always been great.The last time, we felt that it wasn't up to standard, but booked again and now agree we won't be back. We got the feeling that they were not putting money onto the hotel. Our Aircon was leaking on to our bed in the room.We reported it, but all they did was put the temperature up and then ask if it was alright numerous times we kept saying it wasn't....when we left, 3 days later, it was still dripping .Parking is a nightmare. There is a lady parking attendant that sits on a chair at the gate.She is rude and has no way of speaking to the hotel customers. We felt that the manager should be at breakfast chatting to clients, seeing that everyone's breakfast was ok and that they were happy. Sorry to leave this beautiful old hotel.Always loved...

I visited Eendracht Hotel’s restaurant recently to have a meal and get some work done on my laptop. I later realised I had accidentally left my pencil case by the window.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind—especially Danie at the front desk. They found the item, responded to my message promptly and assisted with a courier pickup I arranged from out of town. They even helped pack the item and I received it in less than 24 hours!

Am truly impressed by their professionalism and warm service. Highly recommended for both the hospitality and genuine care they showed throughout...
