An Exceptional Dining Experience at Grande Provence.
I recently had the opportunity to dine at Grande Provence, an establishment that left an indelible impression on me. Here's my experience:
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the restaurant focused on product quality. Fresh, seasonal ingredients were evident in every dish, and the presentation was impeccable. Each bite was a delight for the palate.
The service was exceptional. The waiters were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and very friendly. They guided us through the menu and recommended dishes and wines that suited our tastes. Attention to detail was evident in every interaction.
The wine list was impressive. With a very large selection of wine, there was something for every taste.
Although the menu options were limited, this wasn't a problem for me. The quality of the dishes was so high that I didn't feel the need to explore other options. Each dish was excellent , and the creativity in the kitchen was evident.
In summary, my experience at Grande Provence was exceptional. The product quality, attentive and knowledgeable service, and spectacular wine . So, we decided to book a lunch at Grand Provence Bistro. Let me just say, we were not disappointed! Normally, it's packed for lunch, but we managed to snag a table with ease. The place is truly charming, offering a beautiful view of the mountains from the garden.
As for the food, the escargots to start were delightful, especially with their creamy, cheesy sauce. For the main course, the ossobuco was a real treat. The meat was tender and succulent, and the vegetables were excellent. The lamb chops, however, were just okay. The cooking was spot on, but the dish lacked a bit of originality and was quite greasy, which made it a bit overwhelming.
When it comes to the service, nothing to complain about, it was pleasant and professional.

The fish (pan fried, how can one get this wrong?) dry and exceptionally salty, the chicken special was a place of randomly assorted things such as potato in cream and slaw, couscous, white cheese leaves salad. The burgers were mushy. The fries were mushy. Nobody ate.
The beer (bottled) was good, the weather stunning, and the playground is a nice touch for families with children.
