Roman's Pizza Stellenbosch Neelsie — Restaurant in Stellenbosch Local Municipality

So I'm waiting in line right, I placed my order an hour a go and I'm waiting for my pizza slip in hand. A MANAGER comes along looks, says "no its not done yet". I've been seeing this one pizza in the collection area from where I'm standing that i think is mine though. But cool, I'm waiting for over half an hour, staring at that pizza. Eventually a worker comes along, checks my slip, grabs that very pizza, and hands it to me.

I've been standing in line, watching my pizza get cold for an order that was placed 1hr30m ago. And the worst part is I know it wouldn't even of tasted good warm....

Food: Sometimes your pizza order is ready for ten minutes but the cashiers forget to call the order number. Sometimes the pizza is cut unevenly or hardly cut. However, the taste is always good and I'd go back for more.

Service: The cashiers are rarely friendly. I don't know exactly why this is but if it is related to poor management and working conditions, I hope it improves.

Waiting time: The waiting time is reasonable and I've hardly waited longer than the expected time. However, communication from the staff could be more frequent to let you know about the progress...

We ordered 3 pizza pies at 2pm. 1 Belgian Chocolate and 2 BBQ Chicken pizza pies. We had to wait 35 minutes to get our order. There were people who order pizza pies 20 minutes after us but still got theirs before us. The staff kept saying ours are coming but we kept waiting. The cashier had to go to the back and check on our order upon which she told us to wait more. Upon finally receiving the pies, the BBQ Chicken pies were significantly smaller than usual with little to no filling and the Chocolate one was cold. Very...
