What can I say this place is 50/50. Some days you would get the best smoothie that life has to offer, riddled with bits'of'berries, other times you get water sludge from hell. The staff has gotten my orders wrong before which is sort of an irritation that I get a warm capacino in stead of a capacino cocoa smoothie which I requested. There is no time to correct it either, because this is not a fast food joint. They will take 15-20min on average for a coffee and longer for smoothies, this is when I'm the only person in the store. More than 30min if more than one person walks in. My advice would be to train the staff better, be more consistent, be faster. Regards.

Please can you do me a favour I’ve got coffee twice in your shop. Your paper cup tops are not closing properly and I was bent twice so is it possible that you can change the paper cups that covers the tops the lids so that at least we prevent further problems because we still needs to be coming to have coffee in your shop now I’m taking my cup without any late because of the fact that your Leeds are not closing properly the people might have not said it but I’m seeing it today because it is bent twice, I don’t want to be bent the time again.

I wish there was a zero on this. Blasting load music at 06:45 in the morning talking up a storm with everyone in the que making everyone wait longer.

And to top it off the cappuccino I got had not 1 but 3 hairs in it and smelled very bad. Then the hot chocolate I had tasted like watered down milk and burnt milk at the same time somehow.

The barista also cares more about showing off his milk pouring skills than actually making a good drink.

If you want Vida go to Die Boord spar that is a way better one than this...
