It's going to be a really long review for this restaurant. I apologize to those looking for good restaurants in Busan.
As a cruise ship musician, I mostly visit Japan and South Korea, so I naturally compare my experiences in these two countries. When it comes to food culture, one difference I noticed is that in South Korea, I don't have to pay for side dishes. As you can see in this restaurant, the side dishes were free, and the main pork soup was incredibly flavorful and rich. However, in Japan, I used to pay for extra side dishes whenever I went to a restaurant.
Secondly, in Japan, I was often encouraged to leave as soon as I finished eating, but in South Korea, there is no rush, and you can take your time.
