I’m not the first person to find this little treasure tucked away behind the old Haeundae train station. It’s been a popular spot for a couple of years now. I’m so grateful for the passion of the owners to make authentic, American hamburgers. The bun is soft and matches the hamburger patty perfectly. The patty is hand formed and smashed to create the uneven edges that capture the juiciness and condiments to deliver maximum flavor. The patty is lightly seasoned and compliments the flavor of the beef very well. The burger shop offers several traditional versions that will be familiar to most westerners. Don’t skip the fries. I ordered, unpacked my laptop and got settled. 10 mins later I was told to move to a smaller table because I was sitting at a ‘group table’. Er… but you’re the ones who told me to sit there? Very unprofessional to make me stand up and move in front of other customers when you seated me there.
