We planned to come here for lunch but were lucky to arrived after the lunch peak hours by coincident, we only waited about 20 to 30 mins from registered (take number) until entering the restaurant. Service ~ For tourist without a Korean mobile no. ~ straight walk in for registration & they will give you a paper to write down what you want to order while waiting (bilingual menu is ๐Ÿ‘). BUT it would be good if the front desk lady whom help us for number registration can be a bit more friendly ~ understand sometime can be frust when dealing with lot of people but I am also a customer who deserved a friendly treatment! Food ~ we ordered the soy sauce marinated seofood platter which come with "min 2 pax - KRW 35,000 per pax" order clause and we couldn't order other food to try as only the two of us. But definitely worth it! The seafood was very fresh and the marinated crab and prawn are super match with white rice ๐Ÿคค

If you love seafood, this place is a must-try. Their marinated raw seafood is incredible, and the individual hot pot dishesโ€”especially the ones with scallopsโ€”are seriously delicious. The variety of side dishes is a big bonus too. Just a heads-up: itโ€™s a busy spot. When you arrive, sign in on the digital board at the front to get your number. Then grab a pen and paper menu, write down your order, and hand it to the manager. After that, youโ€™ll wait until your number is called. I waited about 30 minutes on a Thursday evening, so if you can call ahead and make a reservation, thatโ€™s definitely the better move. If youโ€™re a seafood lover, donโ€™t miss this place. Totally worth it.

A must try if uโ€™re here at Haeundae (Mipo Station) area. Fresh seafood platter (octopus, mussels, salmon sashimi, marinated crab, abalone etc) served in their famous soy sauce with egg yolk. Thereโ€™s an English menu sharing the steps on how to best enjoy the dish, and this is the main dish most visitors are there for. Love the egg yolk soy sauce & their sesame oil. There are other rice dishes available for children as well if youโ€™re worried about raw dishes. Ideally itโ€™s better to be there earlier, preferably before the peak hours as the wait time can be long.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. If I could rate it 0, I absolutely would. Hereโ€™s why:

Biased Service: The waitress/owner handed us a Chinese-only menu based solely on our appearance, assuming we could understand it without asking. Fortunately, we could, but the menu was incomplete compared to the Korean version.

Unprofessional Behavior: One of the waitresses attempted to move us to a different table while we were still eating, without offering any explanation. When we asked, she told us she needed the table for a group of six Korean guests. We were willing to switch tables, but itโ€™s frustrating when no one communicates the situation politely or asks for our consent first.

Lack of Basic Service: We ordered the recommended set, but there were no instructions on how to enjoy it. After asking, we were told there were instructions available in multiple languages. Why werenโ€™t these provided upfront? It felt like they assumed we already knew.

As for the food, it was just okay. If you enjoy raw seafood, you might tolerate it, but given the poor service and lack of care in food handling, I wouldn't...

We arrived at about 12:30 on Wednesday and there was already a line in front of the store. They have menus outside with tickets in different languages, and you can fill in what you want to order . After you are done, just go inside and change your paper for a number. We had number 30, and they told us it was an approximate of 30 min, so we walked up the road to take pictures of the cherry blossoms tree that were nearby. When the time was up, we were seated, and we were trying to add to our order, but the waitress kindly told us it was too much food for just 2 ppl, so we followed her advice and kept the original order which was their mixed seafood platter for 2 and just added their pomegranate wine. The food was delicious, but we could have forgone the wine since it was nothing special and it did not add to the experience. The sashimi was so fresh and sweet, the octopus and abalone were really tender, and the crab mixed in the rice was really good. The only complaint I have it has nothing to do with the food but the temperature of the store. It was freezing even though we were...

โ€œAll Hype, No Substance โ€“ Never Going Backโ€

Visited this place during a family trip to Busan with 6 adults and 2 young children, drawn by its reputation as a โ€œfamous restaurant.โ€ Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of those experiences where you seriously question the hype.

Cold Welcome and Unfriendly Staff From the moment we entered, the atmosphere felt off. The owner or manager gave no greeting, no eye contactโ€”just a blank face and a silent gesture toward our table. It wasnโ€™t just us; we noticed the same behavior toward other customers as well. Hospitality seems to be nonexistent here.

Terrible Service for a High Price With the steep prices, we expected at least decent service. Instead, the food took forever to come out, and the staff were curt and indifferent. The restroom, despite being in a separate building, smelled terrible and was dirty. If youโ€™re sensitive, just walking into the restroom might ruin your appetite.

Questionable Hygiene The kitchen is partly visible from the dining area, and we saw heaps of food waste piled up behind the prep area. It was unpleasant and made us question the cleanliness of the place. From that point on, we couldn't eat comfortably.

Mediocre Food at Best Worst of all, the food just wasnโ€™t good enough to justify the price. The flavors were bland, the presentation was average, and overall it felt like any other ordinary meal. Every adult in our group agreed: โ€œJust okay.โ€ Definitely not worth a second visit.

โ€”

The place might be riding on media appearances and its so-called fame, but it severely lacks in the fundamentals: taste, service, and hygiene. Save your time and moneyโ€”this oneโ€™s a hard...
