He paid for the first time using ali pay. His card had already been deducted. He also showed it to the cashier name: LIA, but system cannot see have receive any payment from us!
But she asked my husband to pay 2nd time again. Hence, my husband paid one more time using the Alipay method. He said his card couldn't pass it the first time, why need to pay one more time by same payment method?
She was very rude and ordered my husband to pay one more time, and then he paid one more time, but the result was still charged, counter still not receive any payment. She said it was not her problem and asked us to contact Alipay ourselves.
She said that sometimes alipay would be late in depositing money to her company! In the end, my husband paid with a credit card for the third time before he could buy the food!
Please arrange a refund of 41,700 x 2 times = 83,400 to our Alipay.
