Starbucks — Restaurant in Busan

Atmosphere is perfect. But staff is extremely rude. (Male staff with spectacles. Name tag : SP)

We were walking along the street and happen to pass by this store. So we decided to order a latte before walking to our next destination.

We ordered a to-go latte thinking to just sit in awhile and move to our next destination. After sitting for about 5minutes the staff rudely shouted to us from the counter. We couldn't really understand cuz his English weren't clear enough. But he just shouted from the counter and said "COME HERE" pointing at our cup. Dint even explain or talk politely. He then poured the to-go latte into a mug and dint say a word and acted rudely.

Is this a standard service from starbucks korea??? We werent treated like this in any other countries starbucks before. Please train ur staff properly to handle customers, especially customers from overseas.

I can understand that you have ur SOP to follow, but u can communicate and explain nicely. If you couldn't communicate English well, u can atleast...

It was nice of ocean view, however there is no more cause LCT building construction. I really enjoy cold form cold brew. That’s my favorite. There are some of free parking place, but they’re always crowded. The building consists of three stories. First floor is for ordering, taking and several sitting places. Second and Third floors are good for chilling or talking with other people. You can see high chairs, which are for people who studing or want to see out side, at each floors. Terrible service... especially male employees... VERY RUDE and SLOW. It took close to 10 minutes getting my cakes boxed after paying AND there were no other customers... the owner should check up on these male...
