%coffee — Restaurant in Daegu

Ok, I know the owners spent a full year remodelling an old hanok (traditional house) and collecting antiques and all that. And you might wanna go once for that reason..I mean it is kind of pretty.

But the prices are too high, the service poor, the coffee just so-so, and the seating uncomfortable and weird. The layout of the place feels very confining and ...I don't like it, at all, and won't go back.

The owners should have spent 6 months on the place and another 6 months in some coffee academy and also learning about running a business and serving customers. I walk by there often and after the first month or two, it seems totally dead. There are just so many other cafes around that few people want to pay an extra couple bucks for a cup of average coffee in an old building...this place will be closed soon, almost for sure. Location is bad too.

Sorry but well...maybe this nice old building would be better used for...

카페 구성 거의 대부분이 룸식이라서 아늑하고 일행끼리만의 공간을 원할 때 괜찮습니다. 하지만 완벽하게 공간 사이가 차단되는 구조는 아니라 이 점 참고하셔야 되겠습니다.

한옥을 개조한 건축물이라서 외부부터 고즈넉하고 정겨운 분위기가 참 좋더라구요. 내부도 굉장히 흥미로웠습니다. 따뜻한 분위기가 연출되어 있어서 더욱 차 한 잔 하기 좋았습니다. 가장 특별하다고 생각되는 점, 다른 한옥카페와의 차이점은 2층에 있습니다. 2층에 좌식공간에 자개서랍과 같은 레트로 감성의 인테리어로 옛날 집에 온 듯한 분위기에서...
