92박3일 경주 여행 중 두 번이나 먹은 아주 맛있는 마제소바 어제는 그냥 마제소바 오늘은 카라이(매운) 마제소바를 먹었는데 서울 유명 마제소바 맛집이나, 일본 본토의 맛집 가본 적이 없지만 타지에서 맛집이라 하여 갔던 마제소바집과 비교하자면 소바카게의 마제소바가 10배쯤 맛있다.

다시마 식초를 뿌리면 살아나는 감칠맛이 아주 예술이고 간도 세지 않고 딱 맞아서 누구나 즐기기 좋은 맛이다.

마제소바는 면을 거의 다 먹고 밥을 달라고 요청하면 밥이 조금 나온다 이건 다른 마제소바집에 가도 같다.

꼭 요청해서 비벼 먹어 봐야 한다. 꿀맛이다.

여행 오기 전에 경주 맛집을 정말 많이 검색해 보고, 실제 후기들도 보고 해서 맛집이라는 국숫집, 그리고 유명한 김밥집에 갔었는데 너무 실망해서 경주는 한국 안의 영국이라는 어떤 분의 말에 굉장히 동감했다.

그렇다면 차라리 맛있는 음식을 여러 번 먹는 것이 좋지 않은가? 나는 무조건 이집의 마제소바를 추천한다.

그리고 "어제도 오셨죠?"라며 서비스로 음료 한 캔을 건네주는 사장님의 마음씨가 아주 마음에 든다.

언제 다시 경주에 오게 될지 모르지만 다음에 다시 경주에 오게 될 때에도...
