Quick summary: I just drank the best Americano coffee in my 30 years (32 if we go by Korean standard) of existence at the Amiga Café. I was on the way to Freedom Park in Incheon to visit the famous site/memorial of Operation Chromite when I saw this small sign up on a hill pointing to a Café. I love love love ma-and-pa cafés, so I decided to have a drink. The Barista does not speak any English but I was able to ask for their special/best/unique coffee. She ordered me a hand dripped Dutch coffee americano with hand roasted Blue Mountain coffee beans...I don’t know if that lingo makes grammatical sense. But Just take my word for it! Order it and you will not be disappointed!
