Jeju Basalt is a dessert cafรฉ unlike any other. I stumbled upon it on my second day in Jeju, and it really felt more like a mini museum than a cafรฉ at first. Their whole concept is built around Jejuโs iconic basalt stonesโfrom the ingredients they source to the design and shapes of their pastries and cakes. Pretty cool and thoughtful.
They gave out free samples of their chocolates (which were really good), and I ordered a latte which was solid. The place has limited seating though, so itโs not ideal if youโre looking to stay long or settle in with a laptop.
