성미당 본점 — Restaurant in Jeonju-si

This was the best bibimbap i have ever had. I don't get tired of it, even if I eat it! The types of vegetables also include various vegetables such as spinach, cucumbers, carrots, mushrooms, and bean sprouts. The vegetables are fresh and delicious. Also, the price of this bibimbap is very cost-effective. The price of Jeonju bibimbap is 15,000 won. It's not very expensive. The combination of sesame oil and red pepper paste goes well with it. After eating this Jeonju bibimbap, I uploaded an Instagram post and recommended it to my friends. After I recommended this food to my friends, my friends almost always go to the 성미당. Also, there are things that look like Korean houses and warming places. So, i want to visit again...

I always loved Dolsot bibimbap (돌솓 비빔밥). But they had something different. They had their own personalized "Jeonju" style bibimbap. 개인적으로 밖에서 사먹는 비빔밥을 좋아하지 않음. 집에서도 충분히 퀄리티 있게 먹을수 있는 음식이기도 하고..그래서 뭔가 밖에서 사먹으면 돈아까운 느낌 드는 음식이라고 생각하고 있음. 친구들과 전주 한옥마을 여행와서, 전주 온 김에 전주 대표하는 맛집은 가봐야되지 않겠나 해서, 결국 전주 비빔밥 유명한 식당으로 옴. 개인적으로 비빔밥에 초장맛 나는 장 쓰는걸 굉장히 싫어하는데 여긴 초장맛은 안났음. 전주전통육회비빔밥 주문했고, 녹그릇에 밥이 장에 미리 비벼져있는 상태로 나옴. 결론은 맛있었음. 본인은 비빔밥을 별로 좋아하지 않음에도 불구하고 맛있게 잘 먹었음. 밑반찬은 상다리 부서지게 나오는 정도는 아니고 적당한 종류의 밑반찬이 정갈히 나옴. 가격은 비싼 편, 육회 비빔밥 한그릇에 14000원, 관광지 유명식당이라 해서 이정도 가격내고 먹지, 평소에 14000원 주고는 못먹을듯. 저녁 8시 15분쯤에 방문했는데 8시 30분에 문 닫는 시간이라고 알려줌. 그래서 그런가 주문한지 얼마 안되서 밥상 셋팅도 끝나고 육회비빔밥도 나왔음 (사람 많은 시간에 오면 주문 누락 되거나 오래 걸린다는 평이 많음). 그리고 모주가 뭔지 궁금해서 시켜 먹어봄. 잔 단위, 병 단위로 팔고, 한 잔에 2000원임. 맛은 식혜 + 수정과 느낌이고 알콜은 거의 느껴지지 않았음. 굉장히 달아서 많이 마시기는 힘들듯 하니 한 잔...
