Hottest champagne bar in Euljiro area with tapas style finger food. A small place hidden in the alley - there’s no sign from outside and you’ll have tough time finding it unless you use maps. Strictly run by reservations on instagram, the place is easily booked out a week or two beforehand. Not a wide variety of bubblies they have, but they do welcome BYOs with reasonable corkage of KRW 20,000 per bottle. House sparkling wine starts from KRW 38,000. They have house rules for wine/champagne glasses - they charge extra for changning and breaking one. They’re also open for outside food. The owner brings good quality produces from all around the country and doesn’t save high quality olive oil for tiny plated dishes. Due to Covid-19, they only have 2-3 165-minute sessions per day. 1pm sessions are only available for Saturdays and Sundays. Others have only two sessions starting from 4pm. Menus tend to change a little but Octopus and oysters are always present. Service is very attentive and close.
The food has small portion and you tend to order more and more. You could feel they use quality produces from the look. I was especially impresses their different olive oils for different dishes. The owner and the staffs try to give short explanation of each plate. I tried house bruschetta9pan con tomate), octopus carpaccio (carpaccio de pulpo), gambas made with oyster with garlic (ostion al ajillo), menchi-katsu (tartar fritas), and fresh giant oysters. I loved fresh oysters and oysters with olive oil and garlic the most.
Good vibe, hip atmosphere and loud music. What can we expect more?
Already booked for next visit to try other dishes with one of my own bottles. Highly...

Watch out the location of the google map, I tried to edit the location to correct it. But you can find the photo of the entrance I put.
Food is nice, the raw shrimp has very special jelly sauce, and the Brie is well made.
Better made reservation in catch table as...
