간만에 우리 식구들과의 기분좋은 회식! 여름이라 지치고 현장에서 애쓰는 우리 식구들 몸보신으로 매년 고기만 먹었지요(우리 남자대표님이 ㅎㅎ오리를 안드셨던터라) 그런데 이왕이면 맛도 좋지만 몸에 좋은 오리로 회식해야겠더라구요~~ 오리라고 단순한 백숙만 있는게 아니고 쥔장님의 농장에서 직접 재배하는 채소들까지 자연에서 얻을 수 있는 귀한 재료와 낙지 전복까지 있는 몸보신에 제격인 여의도백화점 7층의 산삼골오리집 맛도 최고지만 정성우려 담긴 한상은 24년도의 더위는 이제 겁나지 않아요^^ 잘먹었습니다 !

여의도 산삼골은 가격자체가 워낙 비싼 곳입니다. 제가 주문한 메뉴가 가장 메인메뉴라고 하는데, 가격이 무려 12만원 정도라는 사실! 한약재를 기본 베이스로 만든다는 오리백숙은 솔직히 다양한 한약재가 들어간 느낌 1도 없습니다. 제가 개인적으로 심마니 분들이 운영하시는 백숙을 많이 먹어봤지만 산삼골 백숙은 그런 향 전~혀 없다는 것을 아실거에요. 비싸긴 비싸고 딱히 뭐 들어간 것은 없는 오리백숙집은 맛은 좋습니다. 서비스도 좋은 편이라서 접대하기에는 너무 좋은 곳이었어요!

맛있는 곳이라 해서 찾아갔어요. 친절하고 정갈한 그릇과 차림새는 맘에 들었습니다. 훈제 오리는 따뜻하고 부드럽고 맛은 좋았어요. 그런데 곁들이는 쌈이 달랑 깻잎 몇장인데 그 가격에 많이 허술했습니다. 오리 들깨전골 진한 육수에 잘 익은 고기가 부드럽고 먹을만했고. 야채도 아낌없이 리필해주는건 고마웠는데 그 야채가 너무 억세서 익으니 더 질긴것이 먹기 힘들었습니다. 방문한 날 들여온 깻잎이 완정 꽝이었는지 오리훈제 곁들일때도 두꺼워서 싸먹기 힘들고, 전골에 듬뿍듬뿍 넣어주는데도 익으니 질겨서 잘 안넘어갈 정도였어요. 이런 재료는 부재료 같아도 오리의 맛을 떨어뜨리기 때문에...
