약수역 10번 출구 앞 골목. 유독 손님이 몰리는 약수참숯불닭갈비 (2019년 11월 개업) 약수역 근방에 거의 유일한 닭갈비 집으로 이 집으로 몰릴 수밖에 없죠. 그런 이유 외에도 직접 초벌 해서 숮불에 구워 먹는 그 맛이 아주 훌륭합니다. 토마토 버섯 꼬치 제공도 좋은 아이디어. 기본으로 나오는 된장찌개도 쏠쏠. 젊은 고객들 비중이 높은데 젊은층 입맛에도 잘 맞을 충분한 퀄리티. 내부는 그렇게 넓은 편은 아니라 다소 시끄러운 편이고 잔치국수에 유부를 조금 추가해 7천원을 받는데 사이드 메뉴 국수라는 것을 감안하면 살짝 비싸다는 느낌. 유부 없이 5천원이라면 더 많이 주문할 듯. 그런 점만 빼면 꽤 좋은 식사였네요.

Really good restaurant! Price is reasonable. And the staff are really nice. They are very specialized at chicken food🐔 in Korean style. Using charcoal for cooking and this makes the chicken meat much more tasty. Personally, I liked the one with spicy sauce. It isn't that spicy. So foreigners could try it.
